Service Guidelines and Policies
Forms
In order to fulfill UCI and NIH regulations, all volunteers of the Laboratory for Fluorescence Dynamics (LFD) are required to complete and/or sign the following forms, and return them to the user coordinator respectively submit them online.

Safety
Volunteers are asked to read the following safety sheets provided by the UCI Environmental Health and Safety Division at http://www.ehs.uci.edu/.
A full copy of the Biosafety Manual of the UCI Environmental Health and Safety is available in the main LFD laboratory.
Insurance
All volunteers must provide proof of medical insurance coverage. For health insurance coverage refer to:

Publications
In accordance to the NIH Public Access Policy, all final peer-reviewed journal manuscripts that arise from work at the LFD must be submitted to the digital archive PubMed Central upon acceptance for publication.
